ByteHub ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data when you use our mobile application ByteHub (the "App").
By using ByteHub, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
ByteHub operates entirely offline. We do not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data or usage information.
All data you create, store, or process within ByteHub remains exclusively on your device.
The App uses local storage (Hive) to save your data directly on your device. This includes:
This data never leaves your device. You have full control to view, export, or delete your data at any time through the App interface.
Since all data is stored locally and no data is transmitted over the internet, the risk of data breach is minimized. However, you are responsible for securing your device with appropriate measures such as screen locks and encryption.
QR codes are generated entirely on-device. No data entered for QR generation is sent to any external server. The QR generation process is 100% offline.
When you use the share feature to send data to other applications, the App uses your device's native share functionality. This means data is transferred directly between apps on your device according to your device's share mechanism. ByteHub does not intermediate or store shared data.
ByteHub does not collect any personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. The App is safe for all ages as it operates entirely offline with no data collection mechanisms.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy in the App. Changes are effective when they are posted. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
If you have any questions or concerns about this Privacy Policy, you can reach out through the Google Play Store listing. We do not require or collect your email address or any contact information.
